Vanguard Property Services Renovates Apartments Across Georgia with Help from Intelligent Office

Vanguard Property Services is a nationwide full service general contractor specializing in the multi-family industry.

“Our primary area of work is in the renovation of apartments,” explains Kerry Cobb, co-owner of Vanguard Property Services. “We will do everything that the maintenance guys can’t get to: concrete, interior remodeling, exterior renovation, siding, roofing or painting.”

After more than a dozen years in the residential real estate construction business, Ritchie and Cobb came together late in 2005 to form a new partnership that focused exclusively on apartment communities. Today Vanguard Property Services employs up to 100 contractors on renovations projects that sometimes stretch past Metro Atlanta into South Georgia and Florida.

“With flexible teams and a front office staff, there is no job too large or too small for us to handle,” states Ritchie.

They’ve established loyalty with property management – even in the multi-family housing industry notorious for high turnover – through their reputation for reliability and safety.

“If we say that we will arrive at 10AM then we are there at 10AM and not 10:15,” interjects Cobb.

On an average day, Ritchie and Cobb may be managing half a dozen or more projects across town, from Smyrna to Alpharetta to Newnan.
